Clipper program conditions

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These conditions are the contract between Jennifer Galais, publisher of 2View (see the Legal notice), and anyone who takes part in the clipper program (the “clipper”). Ticking the box on the application accepts them; the date and the version of the text are kept.

Legal notice · Privacy policy · Get paid when your videos bring customers

1. Purpose

The clipper publishes videos that present 2View on their own accounts, with their personal link. 2View pays a commission for each paying customer who came through that link (see 5). The program is a test: 2View can stop or change it, for the future.

2. Who can take part

The clipper is 18 or older. They act on their own behalf and independently: they choose their topics, their schedule and their platforms, receive no instructions, owe no exclusivity and can stop at any time. These conditions create no employment contract, no agency and no partnership.

2View can turn down an application without giving a reason, and approves each clipper before giving them a link.

3. Content

Videos are honest. The clipper promises no result or earnings, invents no review, figure or screenshot, does not pretend to be 2View, and says what 2View really does (see the website). They follow the law and the rules of each platform, do not buy views, clicks or accounts, do not send unsolicited messages in bulk, and use only images, texts and music they have the right to use.

The clipper keeps ownership of their videos; 2View acquires no right over them.

4. Advertising mention

Every post that presents 2View is flagged as advertising, from the start and in a visible way: in France, the mention “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale” (French law no. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023), plus the platform's paid partnership tool when it has one. Outside France, the mention required in the country of the audience. A post without this mention earns no commission and can lead to the clipper's exclusion.

5. Commission

A commission is paid for each paying customer who came through the clipper's link, as long as that customer is still subscribed 14 days after their first payment. The amounts in force are shown on the program page when the clipper is approved; a decrease only applies to customers who arrive after it is announced.

Excluded: customers who are the clipper or people related to them, refunded or disputed payments, and any customer obtained through fraud, false statements or bought traffic.

6. Payment

Payments are monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal, outside the application. Before the first payment, 2View can ask for an identity document and proof of the clipper's status. A business (sole trader, company) sends an invoice for each payment; an individual is alone responsible for declaring this income and paying the related taxes and contributions. 2View withholds and declares nothing in their place, except where the law requires it.

7. Responsibility

The clipper is responsible for what they publish. French law can make the advertiser and the person who promotes jointly liable for damage caused to third parties (law no. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023, art. 8). 2View can therefore ask for a post that breaches these conditions to be removed, and the clipper removes it without delay. 2View guarantees no earnings: commissions depend only on the paying customers who come through the link.

8. Duration and end

Either side can end the participation at any time, in writing (e-mail). Commissions for customers already eligible on the end date remain due. 2View can exclude a clipper immediately for a breach of 3 or 4.

9. Personal data

The application data (name, e-mail, profile, message, date of acceptance) is used to handle the application, pay the clipper and count results. It is described in the Privacy policy; an application that is rejected or goes nowhere is deleted after 6 months.

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by French law. Before any legal action, the parties will look for an amicable solution; write to olympai@outlook.fr. Failing that, the competent French courts decide. This clause does not take away the mandatory rules of the clipper's country of residence.
